Sorting Hat

This hand made sorting hat brooch may just whisper, if you listen ever so closely, which house you'd be in if you attended the most famous wizarding school in the world! 

It is made from a ancient fabric so old the magic runs through each thread in it's dog eared brim. 

It is made using cotton fabrics and stitched using the free machine embroidery technique. It has a stiff interfacing which holds its shape and makes it easy to wear.

It is finished on the back with a black ghost and pumpkin themed fabric and a 1 inch bar brooch. 

It is 1 1/2 inches (4cm) high and just over 2 inches wide (6 cm).
