Black Bat Brooch

This hand made black bat brooch with red metallic eyes is made from a true black as the night fabric with subtle grey stars scattered across it's wings.   

It is made using cotton fabrics and stitched using the free machine embroidery technique. It has a stiff interfacing which holds its shape and makes it easy to wear.

It is finished on the back with cobweb themed fabric and a 1 inch bar brooch. 

It is 1 1/2 inches (4cm) high and just over 2 1/2 inches wide (6.5 cm).
