Hello there!

I'm delighted that you wish to make a purchase from my textile illustration website, please read all the policies below before buying from me, I have tried to keep it all in plain English!

Payment

All prices listed on my website are in pounds sterling. Currently I only accept payment via paypal, but having an account with them is not necessary.

Postage and Packaging

When sending items to you I will ensure that they are wrapped and packaged appropriately, keeping costs reasonable as well. I will always obtain proof of postage but this does not include tracking. Please let me know if you would like this service before ordering (additional charges apply).

All framed original textile illustrations and art works contain glass. Postage and packaging is free if you buy an original art work which includes tracking and insurance.

I aim to dispatch items within 5 working days upon receipt of order (weekdays only), and will post when full payment has been received.

Please bare in mind that commissioned and customised works of art will take longer, so please contact me here in this case.

Colours

I want you to be as happy with your purchases as possible, so I have endeavoured to describe items accurately and take the best photographs possible. Please be aware that some computer screens display colours slightly differently. If the precise colour is important to you it is possible to provide a small fabric sample or swatch for colour matching, on request.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be delighted with your order but if the item is not what you were expecting, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the goods. 

If you would like an exchange or a refund please notify me with details within 7 days of receipt and this can be arranged.

If returning goods, please do so to 1 The Lofts, Gweal Pawl, Redruth, Cornwall, TR15 3AN. Please notify me first and make sure to obtain a proof of posting receipt at the time of posting.

In the unlikely event that your package never arrives please check with a neighbour, at your local sorting office or other likely location (greenhouse/shed/the garden gnome) first. I am always happy to help a buyer in case a parcel is lost so please let me know if it hasn't arrived within the expected time frame.

Any refunds will be made via the method in which they were paid for.
